Creating a simulation scenario: filling the form
This article describes how to fill the form to be able to run a simulation scenario.
The general principles are the following:
- the simulator requires a name and description for the scenario, for further reference. The name appears in the list, so try to provide a self-explanatory name
- It starts from a "Reference Time Period": this gives the starting point and reference response curves to use
- ...and a target period (in the future or in the past): this is used so that the Optimizer can compute what the Response Curves should "look" like in the future by applying a rate (of inflation / actualization) for each tactic
- It requires then
- to know over which indications it should run
- whether it should optimize, NBrx, CBRx, or "all"
- which parameter to maximize / minimize
- Remark: the "Response model version" is a technical indication that refers to the technical version of the Response Model that was used to generate the response curves of the Reference Time Period - it can be ignored
