Release Notes Sprint 23 - April 26th 2023

Here are the new additions with this new sprint.

Webapp

Design v2: "Key Highlights"

We now have started working on the scenario page with the future design, starting with the block containing the main KPIs:

Design v2: top bar

The top bar (currently feature toggled) has been upgraded to the new design look&feel

Create a scenario from another "reference" scenario (prototyped)

From the scenario page there is a new "+" button which allows to create a scenario from the current one:

• it takes the results of the current scenario to pass them as reference
• it maintains all parameters of the scenario and provide them as default parameters, including the inflation, growth and year to optimize
• ...with the exception of the "fixed spend" values, which are removed
• the new scenario indicates the name of the reference scenario as a "reference

This allows to define a reference scenario for "Budget 2023" for instance, with default contraints and appropriate inflation and growth parameters for the defined "year to optimize"

Dynamic summary heatmap information (prototype)

Now when mousing over a central element of the summary heatmap, extra details are displayed dynanically at the top of the table:

This allows more convenient analysis and presentation without having to open other screens or pop-ins to get more details

Update name and description improved

Now the new name and description are saved instantly without generating a new iteration.

Storybook

As a technical enhancement, a storybook is now available to facilitate the development and validation of UI components

Technical - iterating more than 30 times

It's now possible to do more than 30 iterations on a scenario (a technical limitation made it impossible previously)

Refresh H2'22

The refresh is still in progress:

• Data Collection is fully processed
• Data Science refresh  is still underway (70% done, including: gap analysis between previous and refreshed model applied to H1'22 95% done)

Data Science improvements

• Model improvements: baseline modeling improved
• Optimizer:
  • Growth now correctly applied to baseline projection for more precise scenario outputs
  • Reference and inflation now correctly handled for more coherent % variation results
